Locked in At the Bell

Locksmith and grandma Ida's car!
Mr. Locksmith said this was just the best way to spend a lunch hour..ha!

We had lunch today at the Bell and after we had been there and ordered and waited and waited and chatted and waited, the manager went to the men's room and came back and was having a fit! Someone was locked in the men's room! HA They had to call a locksmith and the whole rest of our lunch time was spent watching and listening to drills and voices chatting about the adventure someone was having on the john! It was some cute young man who was driving a van from out of town. He looked really embarassed and was told to come back and have free food. . . but he just quickly left and hit the road. Poor thing!

Hmmmm Isn't the lock to lock the door on the INSIDE. ha That would be an interesting story... "Ya, I was at Taco Bell when I locked myself in the bathroom and couldn't get out." ha

It seems one of the night workers had jammed a note to the day shift in the door telling them about wet paint and somehow that note was the cause of the door locking. Not sure how, but the locksmith gave the note to the manager! HA for the night shift worker!

Very interesting article. Few days ago I also have been in the same situation. I locked myself out of my apartment. I think a locksmith (or any type of technician job that requires home visits) would be an excellent study in human behavior, sociology, psychology, and the like. You get to see how people live and how they react to adversity. It is important to find an honest and reliable locksmith. Some companies run a criminal background check on all employees to help ensure their people are trustworthy. If you are nervous about hiring a locksmith, ask about the background check policy when you call a company for help.
